Why every Saturday do they allow a group with a VERY loud music and loudspeaker set up near the park and disturb Parkchester tenants? They are turning a tranquil, peaceful environment in to an extremely annoying lecture that everyone is forced to listen to. The sound is very easy to hear from the south side apartments near Grant Circle. Why is this allowed?
