My Living Quarters & My Rights
When I moved into this apartment here in Parkchester in 2002, it became MY apartment because I'm the one paying the rent here. Noone else helps me to pay the rent except for ME. I've been living in this apartment complex since I was 22 years of age. I'm now 33 and will be moving out of here this Summer 2013.
My reason for moving out: I noticed over the years that Parkchester staff always want to have a reason to step foot into your apartment for ANY nonsense reason just so that they can see what it is that you possess in your living quarters. THAT'S NONE OF THEIR f**kING BUSINESS. They have no right to step foot into your apartment. You have the right to tell them YES or NO when they ask if they can come inside of your apartment. And when you tell them NO, there is nothing that they can do about it either.
Parkchester Repairs Department can't fix anything around here. Just like Parkchester Security, the Repairs Department exists for NO REASON. They'll repair stuff, and guess what it still gets f**ked up. Whenever I hire another professional company OUTSIDE OF PARKCHESTER to come over here and fix what I need fixed, THEY DO A BETTER AND EXCELLENT JOB THAN THAT OF THE PARKCHESTER REPAIRS DEPARTMENT. I'd rather pay a professional repair company that has superb trained professionals, rather than rely on the Parkchester Repairs Department, a department that doesn't know what the hell they are doing, because they simply don't give a sh** about us in the first place.
Next, we have the Parkchester Security Department. WHAT A f**kING JOKE THEY ARE! They will come over to harass tenants like myself over the most pathetic dumb sh**, and at the same time, they don't pay attention to what's REALLY going on around them. There are crackheads that live in the apartment complex that possess illegal drugs in the apartments. Then there's people living in the apartment complex that don't belong here, yet they get away with living here anyway. Next, in my building there are people here that BLAST MUSIC ALL THE TIME, yet you don't see Security stopping them from doing it, so they keep blasting it freely.
Not once do I complain about the sh** that goes on around here. And yet they want to come over to MY apartment last night, Friday, February 15, 2013, and complain about a f**king washing machine?
Then they ask me if they can step foot into my apartment. I wanted to smack the f**king sh** outta them. I simply told them NO, that I'm not giving them permission to step foot into my apartment. THIS IS MY LIVING QUARTERS, AND PARKCHESTER, OR ANY OTHER LIVING COMPLEX, HAS NO RIGHT HOW TO TELL ME HOW TO LIVE MY LIFE IN IT. f**k them, because as long as I'm not doing anything wrong, as long as I recycle the right items in the bins, as long as I'm throwing away my garbage down the trash shoot correctly and not leaving that nasty sh** in the closets like the other dirty people do here on the f**king 4th FLOOR, and as long as I keep my living space CLEAN, and as long as I'm not bothering anyone around here, THEY HAVE NO f**kING RIGHT TO HARASS ME, especially after I've been living here FOR 10 YEARS. sh** I probably have been living here longer than they've had they're f**king security positions.
My point is this: NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO STEP FOOT INTO YOUR APARTMENT UNLESS YOU SAY YES OR NO. AND NOONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TELL YOU HOW TO LIVE IN YOUR LIVING SPACE. You live your life the way YOU see fit, f**k THESE BASTARDS. Because all they want to do is harass people FOR NO f**kING REASON, meanwhile tenants like myself aren't doing a damn thing to harm ANYONE. So f**k them, because as long as I live here and for as long as I've been living here for 10 f**king years, they don't catch the right people, they'd rather harass the wrong people.
WHEN YOU RENT AN APARTMENT, AS LONG AS YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING, NOONE HAS THE RIGHT TO DICTATE TO YOU HOW TO LIVE. You are the one paying the rent, therefore, if it weren't for tenants like US, they wouldn't get a f**king paycheck, nor would they have a f**king job here in Parkchester in the first f**king place.
So my advice to Parkchester Management and Parkchester Security is SLOW YOUR ROLE, because the more you harass the wrong tenants, the more we will move out, and the more harder it will be for you bitches to find new tenants to stay committed to living in Parkchester.
