I must live in the best building in Parkchester because I have not experienced this kind of negative treatment. I've been here for over 7 years and it's the best facilities management I've experienced in the 23 years I've lived in NYC. I have quiet neighbors, the building is well taken care of, and anytime I've requested service it has been prompt, efficient and courteous. I haven't regretted one day of living in the south condominium. I do wish that cars without resident parking permits were attended to as in, towed, but it's not the end of the world. I always manage to find a spot eventually.

You'd regret living here. Trust me. I've been here 10 years and am moving out this Summer 2013. Secuity harasses you for no reason, they harass innocent people and not the ones who are doing something really wrong. Invest in another apartment complex, you'd be better off.
