Parkchester Grounds of Shame. That mound of trash seems to be acceptable to all parties who are not doing their jobs. Parkchester Preservation Management, please, you must do something!! The fruit and vegetable vendors should not be allowed to leave their trash. Rats run rampant in the evening and I'm sure they can't wait to get at that bag of vegetables. Letters to the City do nothing. Perhaps I should lead a protest and call Bronx Channel 12 and ask them to do a story?
