Being a resident of Parkchester South since 2001, I was very surprised today, August 25 2020 at 05:05am to find that there is no one available to perform services for water leakage coming from my toilet. I contacted the Parkchester Service Department which was transfered to Parkchester Security and I was informed that their is no service personnel available between the hours of 12:00am to 08:45am. How does a complex of this size not have a night personnel staff, not available in case for an emergency (Water, Gas, Interior Collapse). The unfortunate part of this was Parkchester Security suggested to let the water to continue to run till I returned from work. This is unacceptable because of the severity of destruction that in some cases an interior continuous water leak can cause and the financial responsibility caused by this type of negligence without having a service staff personnel.
