Hi, i'm trying to figure out what AC unit to buy. However, everything is either too small or too large to fit the bedroom window. I looked at the recommended models on this site but even their measurements are much smaller than the listed dimensions on the sheet given to me when i moved in. So how much smaller can we safely go? The models on here are well over an inch smaller but the paper says no more than 1/2
