Parkchester Problems - TRASH CONTAINER

Yes I agree. Another problem is the increase in K9 friends in Parkchester. I thought animals were not accepted in the community. Well honestly I wouldn't mind the dogs if the owners would clean up after them. What do you think?

HAS ANYONE NOTICED HOW ELLIE'S DINER NOW HAS ITS OWN TRASH CONTAINER BEHIND THE SIDE OF 44 MET OVAL.
IVE NOTICED THEIR EMPLOYEES DRAGGING TRASH BAGS THRU THE COURT YARD TO GET TO THIS BIN. LEAVING WASTE AND RESIDUAL GREASE AND OIL LEAKING FROM TARES IN THEIR BAGS ALONG THE WALKWAY.
I DEFINETLY DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS...???
