Im in 1925 mcgraw ave 2g
Theres no heat in my living room and bedroom

i'm in my 70s and have to cover with a blanket in my living room

I called 311 couple of times to complain also attorney general office

its like a freezer in here
Please do something soon

Ive tried calling the Parkchester service office but they never answer.

They are busy polishing nails or eating and not doing their work its a big shame

i want to move from this disgusting place
