Being a Condo Owner in the Parkchester South area
I see that the PARKCHESTER Board and Security are
allowing Halal Food Vendors to stage there carts
on the sidewalks across the street from Macy's.

If PARKCHESTERs Security flagrantly warns you,
"PARKCHESTER is Private Property, No Biking,
No Press Photos, No playing on the grass"...

How does a Halal Cart, be allowed to set up business
On the sidewalk in front of a children's store without paying
A lease or mortgage or contributing to the Private Property
Of PARKCHESTER.

My maintenance fee should not make me feel I'm at a food court.
