I lived in Parkchester for over 5 years and never complained, until now: the tenants directly above using some kind of technological equipment running almost all the time (day and night) causing us a health issue and safety concerns that the DPS and management of Parkchester refused to take it seriously.At this point legal action is the only option we have but due to Corona case nothing can be done and we are suffering.DPS wouldn't even do a random inspection.
