Do they still have tulips in the oval every year? because I haven't been in Parkchester for over 40 years.

I'm replying to you because no one else did. This coming weekend (March 24 & 25, 2012) Parkchester will continue to welcome spring. The statues in oval are uncovered and when that happens you know summer is right around the corner! I'm so looking forward to the concerts and other events in the Oval; especially the flea market. I'm thinking about selling something this year. Whatever you decide to do this weekend -- enjoy!
