On September the 12th 2016, The Heart Adult Day Care of Parkchester in The Bronx, reaches out to the community with an open house day of celebration, Honoring the NYPD 43RD precinct, as well as our local Assemblyman Sepulveda, for a day of appreciation and recognition for their exploratory service to the community.
The Heart Adult Day Care will be also introducing their services to the senior community in the Bronx at their state of the art facility at 2011 Westchester Ave. Bronx NY.
The day of celebration will include dedications, speeches, refreshments fun and activities and live music.
