Parkchester DIRECTV® and Dish Network™ satellite television rules for Parkchester South Apartment and Condominium residents.
These rules do not apply to Verizon FiOS.
Your DIRECTV and/or Dish Network satellite television service installation MUST be performed by a Parkchester South Condominium approved DIRECTV / Dish Network installer. Regular DIRECTV and Dish Network installers do not have access to the Parkchester South Condominium master satellite dish. There will be a one time installation fee to be connected to the master satellite dish and a monthly "receiver access" fee, for each installed satellite television receiver, to stay connected to the master satellite dish. You will be responsible for paying your monthly programming costs to DIRECTV and/or Dish Network directly.
1. Do not install your own satellite dish. IT WILL BE REMOVED.
2. Contact DIRECTV and/or Dish Network to schedule a satellite television service installation.
3. To correctly schedule your DIRECTV and/or Dish Network satellite television service installation, you must follow the provided ordering instructions.
4. Your DIRECTV and/or Dish Network satellite television service installation must be performed by, Private Network Cable, an
approved DIRECTV / Dish Network installer.
5. You will be required to pay a monthly "receiver access" fee, for each installed satellite television receiver.
6. You are responsible to pay DIRECTV and/or Dish Network for your monthly programming costs directly.
7. If your DIRECTV and/or Dish Network programming is stopped by respective satellite television provider, you will be responsible to call DirecTV and/or Dish Network directly to resolve your issues.
