You are absolutely right. You get a violation for noise. Stupid bull like no carpet. But I c crack heads in my building. I smell weed coming through my window when its open. I see people with dogs and the dogs pee on the property and I also see peoples kids riding there bikes ans scooters behind building. But yet I get a violation for no carpet. Which I am allergic to

Oh please, I believe that's bullsh**. They themselves don't even know what a violation truly is. There are crackheads, drug dealers, and illegal drugs within these apartment complexes, and they got the nerve to talk about violations? I wonder why they don't list illegal drugs as a violation in their documents? They are so full of sh** its unbelievable. What should also be a violation are the owners that still have control over some of these damn apartments. You'd think Parkchester Mgmt. would have the cojones to take back control over ALL of their f**king apartments so that everyone can pay the market rent rate, but they still give these owners control over some of the living spaces. Such bastards. Here I am paying $1000 rent and other tenants are allowed to pay much less than that, for example like $700 and under a month? Yeah ok.

Parkchester Management now giving away violation summons to most of the condo owner to make profit out of it. Sometimes you have to call them to varify or go on the hearing and you will be fine. Because they know it's the Management who is making money issuing false violations. They want to keep them running and make bonuses so they make most money out of condo owners. So you will have violation on garbage, noise or something stupid. Parkchester management knows condo owners have money so they will make you pay thier expenses
