I need assistance with a Zara package that was stolen on November 10th, 2020 from the lobby at 1469 East Avenue. The package was said to be delivered at 2:31pm. I made a report with Officer Richardson on Friday, November 13th, 2020. I need proof that I did not retrieve the package so that I can be issued a refund. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
