I've been living here for 10 years and the building 1420 is going to sh**s. We have a group of teenagers coming into the building going up to the roof stairs and smoking wee drinking and ordering food sending it to other peoples apartment. Oh and breaking the lobby doors. Is insane. Idk how they have security yet they don't send security into buildings or have cameras in areas like the roof staircase. I wish that Parkchester could get a handle on this problem. It's getting worst.
