I have been a Parkchester resident for over 10 years and know that my neighbors have cats and dogs.

Where/ what phone number can I call to confirm that PPM does indeed allow cats in the rental units?

I want to adopt a rescue cat but am having problems with the Animal Shelter because the PPM website says this is a "pet free community".

HELP!!
