Note:  Your DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ satellite television service installation MUST be performed by a Parkchester South Condominium approved DIRECTV / Dish Network  installer.  Regular DIRECTV® and Dish Network™ installers do not have access to the Parkchester South Condominium master satellite dish.  There will be a one time installation fee of $25.00 to be connected to the master satellite dish and a monthly "receiver access" fee of $5.00 to stay connected to the master satellite dish.  You will be responsible for paying your monthly programming costs to DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ directly.

DIRECTV® and Dish Network™ satellite television service in Parkchester South Apartments and Condominiums is provided by way of  a "shared satellite" commonly known as a  master satellite dish.  You CANNOT install your own dish on the roof.  Your DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ satellite television service must be installed by a Parkchester South approved  DIRECTV / Dish Network  installer.  Order Parkchester DIRECTV and/or Dish Network now

Parkchester DIRECTV® Dish Network&trade satellite television rules:

(For Parkchester South Apartment and Condominium residents only.)
These rules does not apply to Verizon FiOS

1.  Do not install your own satellite dish.  IT WILL BE REMOVED.

2.  Do not schedule a standard DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ satellite television service installation.  

3.  To correctly schedule your DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ satellite television service installation, you must follow the ordering instructions to the left.

4.  Your DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ satellite television service installation will be performed by a Parkchester South Condominium approved DIRECTV / Dish Network installer.  You must pay a $25.00 one time installation fee to be connected to the master satellite dish.

5.  You will be required to pay a $5.00 monthly "receiver access" fee to stay connected to the master satellite dish.

6.  You are responsible to pay DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ for your monthly programming costs directly.

7.  If your DIRECTV® and/or Dish Network™ programming is stopped by respective satellite television provider, you will still be responsible for your $5.00 monthly "receiver access" fee until you schedule a master satellite dish disconnect.
